Preheat oven to 350°F. Let brie soften and reach room temperature.
Dice wheel of brie. Combine brie and mayonnaise in mixing bowl. Add garlic. Mix together.
Drain the artichokes. Chop artichokes and crabmeat and add to mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl: grated cheese, green onions, lemon zest, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a glass casserole dish.
Bake 30-40 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Garnish with additional green onions, if desired.
