Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to box instructions.
While pasta cooks, add garlic and onion to a pan and place over medium heat. Once the onions brown, add wine.
Stir in the bell pepper, tomatoes, brie, and olives. Simmer and stir occassionally until the brie is melted in the sauce.
Add the avocado as well as the red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Add cooked pasta to the tomato brie sauce and stir until well combined.
Garnish with chopped basil and Parmiggiano-Reggiano.
