Chop figs and apples and remove pomogranate seeds from the inside of the halved pomogranate. Add all fruits to a small mixing bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey to the fruit mixture, stir, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Place brie on a baking sheet, drizzle with remaining honey, and place in oven until warm (about 10 minutes).
About 5-7 minutes before the brie is done, place the fruit mixture on top of the brie. Cook for remaining time.
Remove and transfer to serving dish, drizzling with additional honey for garnish.
