Method
- Combine the brie, tomato, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir until all ingredients are saturated. Cover and let sit in fridge for 2+ hours.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a dash of salt. Cook pasta according to package instructions, typically 10-15 minutes until al dente.
- Combine brie mixture with the pasta and stir.
- Serve warm.
