Easy Christmas Cranberry Pastry Brie Wreath

Ditch the door decor this year and make a wreath that you can eat! This beautifully crafted brie wreath is the perfect pastry to serve for a Christmas appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tubes Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
  • 8 oz Wheel of Brie
  • 1 can Jellied Cranberry
  • 1 Egg
  • 2-3 sprigs Thyme

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil
  2. Using the circular brie box or a small bowl, place in the center of the baking sheet
  3. Tear the crescent rolls from the perforated marks and place around the brie (the end result should look like a sun). Remove the center object once finished
  4. Cut slices of brie and arrange around inner portion of the crescents
  5. Top with the jellied cranberry and finish by folding each crescent over the brie topped cranberry
  6. In a separate bowl, whisk an egg and gently brush onto wreath
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
  8. Garnish with thyme and serve immediately
