Preheat oven to 400°.
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water. Take out 2 minutes before recommended cooking time. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before straining.
Prepare one large baking dish. Cut garlic cloves in half and rub the inside of the dish.
Remove the rind off the brie and divide brie into 8 pieces, dispersing each piece equally across the baking dish.
Add the diced prosciutto and the pasta to the baking dish.
Add the wine and reserved pasta water to the baking dish. Top with thyme.
Cover the top of the pasta with a thin layer of bread crumbs.
Cover baking dish with foil and cook in the oven for 30-40, until cheese is melted.
Remove from over and enjoy.
