Method
- Spread peanut butter onto one half of bread and spread jam onto the other half.
- Place brie slices on top of jelly and then drizzle balsamic glaze over brie.
- Place bread half with peanut butter on top of other half.
- Heat up skillet and coat with butter or oil of choice.
- Place sandwich on skillet with jam side on bottom.
- Grill until golden brown and then flip and repeat with other side.
- When grilled to desired crispiness, remove from stove and plate.
- Cut in half and enjoy all the melty goodness.
