Method
- Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onions and caramelize until browned, stirred infrequently.
- Add cubed apple and prosciutto and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place naan bread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Add brie slices onto the bread and top with onion mixture.
- Let cook for 10 minutes or until brie is melted and bread is warm and lightly crisped.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with glaze, and serve immediately.
